Geographically, my life has taken me full circle. Born in Dereham and growing up in Norfolk, it was 28 years until I would return with my own family to settle back in the county that I loved and had such fond memories of.

During those years away, it was my passion for drawing and art that shaped my career from completing art and graphic design courses to working within print, publishing and retail. During my previous job, before moving back to Norfolk, I was responsible for directing photo shoots along with designing toy catalogues. Now I find myself behind the camera, enjoying early morning starts and late night finishes and anything in between to capture the beautiful and varied surroundings we have here on our doorstep.

No two days are the same. The air temperature, the mist, the light, the warmth, all make each shot unique even when you’ve visited the same spot time after time.

The coastline here is something we should be proud of. Could there be a more interesting mix of beaches, creeks, marshes and small harbours within minutes of each other?
